UNITE IN HOPE – YOUR PLACE, YOUR WAY

On Sunday 24 October 2021, we will Unite in Hope (virtually)
across the nation in our fight against pancreatic and upper GI cancers.

No matter where you live, or where you can exercise, you can get involved.
You’ll be uniting in solidarity with thousands of others across the country to
ensure we can raise vital funds and awareness to improve survival and support.

Together or apart – we’re still united in hope!

Despite the disappointment of having to cancel our in-person events for the second year, we won’t let that hold us back from uniting virtually across the nation to raise awareness and funds for upper gastrointestinal cancers. Whether you’re in Melbourne or Mackay, Perth or Port Macquarie, Sydney or the Sunshine Coast - you can join us – your place, your way!

UNITED IN HOPE

Each week, 223 Australians are diagnosed with an upper gastrointestinal (GI) cancer. More Australians die from upper GI cancers, which include pancreatic, stomach, liver, biliary and oesophageal cancers, than other high-profile cancers such as breast and prostate cancer, and the prognosis is far worse. Unite for Hope is an event where we come together to create greater awareness and raise much needed funds to improve outcomes for people impacted by these devastating cancers.

HELP REWRITE THE FUTURE FOR UPPER GI CANCERS

Pancare Foundation is taking on the challenge of improving the outcomes for people impacted by pancreatic and other upper GI cancers. Your support will help Pancare provide care for patients and their families through all stages of their cancer journey and support medical research to improve treatment options and increase survival rates.

By participating in Unite for Hope, you are helping us take one step closer to our vision of a world free from upper gastrointestinal (GI) cancer.

Look who’s leading the way!

After losing my mum to pancreatic cancer, I want to make sure others impacted can find strength and hope.

Your support means that Pancare Foundation can continue to fund patient support services and fund research into early detection and new treatments.
